Adderall vs. Focalin?

Hi everyone, I am NEW!! My daughter has been on Adderall XR for almost two years, 10mg. The first year she lost 7lbs(did NOT have it to lose), this past year she finally put 5 on!! BUUT...I hate her being on it so long, and I am scared to up her, I'm not sure why...just fear, I guess. I just heard about Focalin, and suppossedly had less side effects, but I just read basically the same ones! Anyone have their kids on it yet?

Oh ye, and I finally get diagnosed two months ago, DUH, and have been on 20mg AdderallXR, going up to 30 next month. It was great at first, but as I've read a few of you mention, it seems to have slacked off.
