hello my son is 4 .he was diagnosed adhd at 3. he is delayed.  he is about a yr behind. his dad is a liar and a cheat and hits him and  has this LCSW by the name of fauzia Shah who lies for him. they took an action and lied last yr and it took a month to get the child back. when i got him back he was banging his hgead against walls and floors and doing sexual things. having nightmares and saying hurt you. meaning someone was hurting him. DSS ignored my cries for help and covere for the dad and fauzia. they even had a psychologist who made light of everything. i am a committed mom and use poisitve reinforcement. and rediredtion. his dad lies all the time and  i have no money to get a privateinvestigator. infact they are doing everything in their powetr to lie about me. recently they said i laid down in a public day care with my son on top of me and our private parts were touching. they took my son. and i did nothing. his dad gorsw to nude bars, smokes drinks takes the child  and loeaves him withanyone and tells the child i'm crazy. i cannot get anyoe to tke a stand. the da ia lumbee indiamnm nad has many relatives who will lie for him. my son is bright but limited in his ability to communicate in that he will still have some echolalia. last yr he was primarily echolaic. DSS told me i was making the word up and that they will not do anything. his dad exposed this child to sex and never did they remove him from his father yet twice in a yr he has been removed from me brecause of lies. last yr Fazia lied and said i was schizophrenoic . but they won'tyake her license. and now someone at the day care says i had my son on top odf me. parents hold their childen everyday it doesn't mean they ae molesting them. iny son and i playedwiththe puppets. itis a day care where all the teacher s are black and my son the only white child. i hd asked that he nbe removed from that classroom the week before. since his teache r did not report that the child had told her his father had hit him and his step sister had hit him. the dad was asked to resign because he was going to nude bars all the time when he was getting paid to be at work.
so far DSS has covered for the fathe and refused to make any effort to disclose why thety do so. i truly believe i am being set up and all because i am the committed mom and the society we live in nolonger stands with the moms but with the cheaters. i need help but don't know where  to turn. i have nomoey for an investigator anf d what i need is proof.   If you live in the USA, Contact your local Police Department. Does anyone know of any web sites for attorneys who do pro-bono work? I think purplecow needs a good attorney, not just a court appointed one.

purplecow, you can always contact any attorney and explain what is happening and ask them if they know of anyone who might be willing to take the case on. You can also look up the number for the state DSS and ask them to look into it. Unfortunately, our society tends to favor the person with the most money and/or who presents themselves in the best light. Some scumbags are excellent at appearing like wonderful, caring people when it is beneficial. Still, there are ways to get around this, it just takes time.

We will try to help you find the resources you need. If you want to PM me and let me know what state you are in, I have a friend who had the state DSS start an investigation of our county DSS. It is ongoing now. I can get some info from her on how she did it. If we are from the same state, she can give you the phone and e-mail numbers to exactly the right people.

If your son has been diagnosed with echolalia, you can can get proof from the dr. that he has it. You will need it so you can prove it in court. I would love to see the judge's face when they accuse you of making it up and you prove them wrong right there! What a great way of exposing their ignorance and lack of proper investigation!

I know someone who moved to the next county over. She was still close, but it puts the children into another system with different DSS workers! Suddenly, the people in the pockets of your son's father are out of the loop.
