I myself don't excuse these things just because a teenager said them. I'm not too far off from being a teenager myself but I don't remember ever feeling the need to act that way. My niece is an even younger teen than you and she doesn't talk this way either. And, "belligerent wisecracker" is not the term I'd use to describe you. The things woulve said are far from wise, are not funny at all, and sound like theyre designed simply to ellicit a reaction and start a jerry-springer-style argument. Geez, what his problem.Some people just don't have anything better to do. The best thing we can do for people like that is offer our care and support. It's not easy being a sub-standard human being, and we must be sensitive to that. Sorry about that I'm ateenager so I'm alreadly obnoxious and combine that with ADHD and not taking your pills because its summer and you get a belligerent wisecracker.
