Can't say as I know any personally, but ask for references and see a second opinion. You can ask them if they treat adult AD/HD, or if they're unbelievers...
Good hunting!

Specialist: Psychiatrist Last Name: Not Specified Location: dallas,tx Within: 25 Miles Insurance: Not Specified Hospital: Not Specified Brennan,
I'm In the Dallas/ft Worth/Arlington TX area...Can anyone recommend a coach, Dr, or group???? Would also help if they take United Health Care Insurance...(that's pushing it, huh?)
Well - you have the answer you need right on your health care card! Call the toll-free number on the card - and get a hold of a rep and ask for local authorized doctors and care-givers. They always have a database of that!
If that doesn't work - do a google using the words dallas,TX,doctor,ADHD and see what happens!
Good luck - and remember your health care insurance guy works for you!

I am in Ivanhoe Texas Fannin countey. Went to 3 Neurologists Dallas got no where there either. They want tests we can't afford. We are going to try A and M commerce for a full work up there. The only Uhc that worked well for us was a Hmo. The bottom line for us is lack of money. As a family we get no choice cause the employeer decides type of plan one gets. At a and M you pay what can afford to. oldmember38586.8249537037Before you go, take one of the online AD/HD tests. These are the same ones given by doctors, and you can print them out and take them to them. If a neurologist won't agree with you, go to a phsychiatrist, or your trusted family doctor. That's how my wife get's her prescriptions now, b/c he doesn't charge as much, either.SHANNA THANK u
