YES!!! I've noticed that I cannot wash my face without flooding the counter around the sink, along with the floor, and my self.
What IS this!!!???
The thoroughness of ADD! I cannot put on anything less than an ounce of antiperspirant under each arm for fear of sweat--and I've never perspired under there, but just in case, I've got to coat myself in it. My husband hates the fact that I use a container a week! Anyone else with this problem?Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Someone actually does the same thing I do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now I don't feel so alone anymore.
I get water everywhere too in my bathroom and kitchen, no fail even if I'm supposedly careful. Thats why I hate the dishes and doing them. Water gets all over me and I have to always change, and in some cases I don't and go out in the sun or walk and let it dry.
Even in public places when I wash my hands and at work and I always get in on my sleeves.
No, I'm the exact opposite. But I'm also ADD without the H, so that may make a difference.
One of my closest friends, when we were roommates (and she's not ADD or ADHD) used to get water all over the sinks. It was the one thing about her that drove me nuts. But she was otherwise very tidy and since we've been friends for 35 years, there were obviously things about her I found far more important than her splashed water. I just learned to keep sponges handy to wipe it up after she'd finished in the kitchen or bathroom.
Other than the lack of splashed water or unfolded towels, I'm a total slob!
Whenever I’m in the kitchen or bathroom I seem to always get water everywhere, no matter how careful I am. Does anyone else have difficulties with this one?
That's not something I would really notice I don't think.
You should! It drives me nuts when people don't--who wants to lean up against/wear someone else's used water for the day? It just takes a second . . .
Gosh Dogs water dish, how many times have I kicked that or stood in it and got a soggy foot
Filterd water is all I will drink other wise why, as more toxins are going in thru the water. The truth of the matter is the world is toxic filled, poor oxyagen, poor food qualitie. This is why I believe we are all so ill. Read DR. dino.com viodeos great references. Bible based.
Daniel's Mom: It's quite likely I don't know of what I speak, but unless you live in a third-world country, it's very likely what you're drinking is quite fine. I may just have an iron constitution, but I find the more I disregard germs the healthier I am. I'll eat anything from anywhere no matter how old, cold or whatever. My husband is the opposite & wouldn't eat something if it was over ten minutes old, honestly. He is in constant gastrointestinal hell & I haven't been ill in years! Pick it up out of the dirt & put it in your mouth has always pretty much been my adage. I'm a Bible-based person as well, but I guess my point is that we have it so good & others are essentially drinking from their own waste & filth in other places. Try not to worry about your water--the bottled stuff can have unseen items as well.
I don't get water everywhere, but I don't use the foaming face wash at the sink anymore, I can wet a washcloth to wash my face before I go to bed. I do the major washing/exfoliating in the shower. I would try every now and then to wash my face at the sink and would get water everywhere every time !! and I HATE to have water running up my arms to my elbows...that drives me NUTS....!!! My stepson (18) uses the foaming acne wash at the sink and every morning I go in their bathroom to straighten up, or whatever and the rug is soaking wet !!! EVERY TIME.........ARHG !!!! I get so mad at him !!! I've taken the rugs out of that bathroom repeatedly and told him - when he can keep the floor dry, he can have his rugs back, hahhahhahha........that sure doesn't work, he could care less if there's rugs on the floor or not, he's 18 !! My daughter is 9 and she never gets water on the floor, even after her shower; but I've taught her to put a towel down on top of the rug, and to dry off real good before stepping out. I didn't get to teach my stepson to do this, he was 14 when we got married, so I guess I'll have wet rugs for a while !!!
I DO get water all over the place in the kitchen.
