Explanation:

When you are sending someone private messages, their message box can fill up very quickly, and there is no warning to them that their message box is full. When it's full, there is no way to contact them except through the main board. Sometimes people can be unaware that their box is full for a very long time, which is frustrating when you have something to say to them.
