Just out of intrest | ADHD Information

Hi
I am 16 years old i was orgninaly dignosed with ADHD when i was 6 years old and i just have a few quick questons the first is are there any long term effects from drinking underage whilst having adhd? the second is are there any speical techniques any of you out there use for studying because i find it very hard to sit down and study for over 10 mins with out getting distracted.

Though drinking does not cause adhd, its long term use worsens your adhd symptoms. Whether you are underage or not does not matter as far as the bad effects are concerned.
Studying is a real challenge I know. What I do is try to study something I like to study. There are some subjects you have to study no matter if you like it or not...In such cases, study groups is an effective way to do it....Also, have you considered medications?...It will help you dramatically..
