Please Help | ADHD Information

I made a dumb mistake. I was supposed to take a thyroid pill and I took my son's RitalinLA(20mg) instead. I am very tired. I only took it about 10 minutes ago. Has anyone ever done this? I am not ADHD and do not want to be up all night. It's 12:30 now. Any suggestions.can you make yourself throw up? I can't think of anything else to do to get it out of your system in time.Well it's 4:42 here and the 1/2 Gravol I took 45 min. ago is not working. LOL I am not going to take any more. My son should be up witin 31/2 hours. I am going to be irritable later today. I will take some of my son's vitamin B complex to help with the stress of lack of sleep. I will have some Omega 3 milk too. Meanwhile I am going to have a hot cup of tea to see if it calms me down.

No I don't think so. I called Emergency and the nurse said that I don't know how it's going to affect me.I said that my son's ped said that it goes in and out of his system every day. She said that it is only one dose. I don't like to take meds. however it's 2 am here and I have a small headache so I may take 1/4 Gravol to help me sleep.
